Cancelations & Rescheduling

The studio requires 24 hour’s notice for cancelations. As my time is reserved for you during your scheduled appointment, late cancelations will be charge 50% of service price; no-shows will be charged in full.

Late Arrival

If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible so I can make any necessary adjustments. If I am not able to accommodate the full length of your scheduled appointment, your service will be modified to end at the originally scheduled time.

Health & Wellness

If you’re sick or feeling ill, please reach out immediately to reschedule. Keeping a healthy environment is a priority for the wellbeing of all clients and myself.

If you have or have recently had a cold sore outbreak, please be sure to schedule your appointment after the entire lesion has healed in order to protect your health and safety as the virus can be spread during facial treatments.

Guests

As the studio is intimate and designed for your comfort, guests cannot be accommodated during your scheduled service. However, there is a bench in the hallway or a lovely conference room downstairs where guests can make themselves comfortable.
